Made from 100% Chardonnay from vineyards in Venteuil, 60% of the wine is based on the wonderful 2018 vintage – no wonder it is such a cracker. Dosage is a mere 5 grams/litre. Yellow gold in colour, we have notes of stonefruits, peaches, figs, citrus and a hint of honeycomb. There is good intensity for the full journey here and a fine line of seabreeze acidity. Very attractive now, this will provide enormous pleasure over the next four to ten years
