What are your delivery options and timeframes?

We offer standard and express shipping across Australia. Local Sydney deliveries are typically completed within 1-2 business days, while interstate orders may take 3-7 business days depending on your location.

Do I need to be home to receive my alcohol delivery?

Yes. In accordance with Australian liquor laws, someone aged 18 or over must be present to sign for the delivery. We cannot leave alcohol unattended at your doorstep.

What is your return policy for damaged or corked wine?

We take quality seriously. If your bottle is corked or damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with a photo of the product to arrange a replacement or refund.

Can I click and collect my order?

Absolutely. You can select the 'Click & Collect' option at checkout to pick up your order from any of our physical Camperdown Cellars locations during store hours.

Which payment methods do you accept?
