Pinot Noir from the Côte des Bar, from environmentally friendly vineyards that have been managed in this way for around 20 years, and Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs. In the glass, it shows a delicate salmon pink with an elegant perlage. On the olfactory examination it is fresh and pleasantly fruity. Clear notes of juicy red berries come from the Pinot Noirs of the village of Les Riceys in the Côte des Bar. On the palate it is rich and persistent, with the fruit expressing itself fully: the aromaticity of the berries is clear but at the same time extremely elegant. Perfect pairing with summer salads, salmon tataki and raspberry tiramisu.
