Grapes for this Shiraz were cold-soaked in separate parcels prior to fermentation. The wine was aged for 18 months before blending. Poured into a glass, the resultant drink flaunts a beautiful medium purple colour. On the nose, aromas of plummy fruits are complemented by rich spices. These fragrances pave the way for a full-bodied palate revealing supple, soft and smooth texture, culminating in a long finish. This varietal can be paired with lamb preparations, meat pie or simply sausage rolls.=
