From hand-picked Pinot Noir grapes from Vertus Premier Cru, this cuvée is the fruit of the traditional Veuve Fourny methods: manual handling, and long maceration. With a slight touch of Chardonnay, the Pinot Noir reveals its subtlety on the nose: red and black fruit, with great freshness in the mouth.
