A bouquet of spicy notes such as ginger, orange zest, anise and hint of vanilla are well integrated in a wealth of black berries.  On the palate, it is juicy and elegant, with sharp spiciness and character. Dense, precise tannins that together with great freshness and savouriness animate a palate where sweetness, spice and noble wood toastiness find their place. Closing between black pepper, Madagascan bitter cocoa, sour cherries, tobacco and liquorice.
