The fruit for this wine was sourced from the famous Watervale region off the Castine family Golf House single site vineyard. A classic dry style of Riesling with vibrant lime, lemon and floral aromas. The exhilarating citrus flavours on the palate balance nicely with the embracing acidity, finishing with good length of flavour. Cellaring potential of 7 - 10 years will reward the consumer with a wine of enticing complexity.
