There is a brightness to this wine. Lifted dark cherries, earthy sweetness, spices, and leathery, minerally characters flow perfectly onto the palate. A crisp finish with delicate strawberry flavours. Gorgeous on its own, but delectable with pork chops and stewed apple sauce.
