Brilliant very pale straw colour with a subtle tinge of green to the edges and a watery hue. Filling the nose are alluring aromas of lime, red apple, and honeysuckle which are followed by some slatey mineral notes. Zippy lime and red apple flavours overlay a delicate backdrop of honeysuckle and infusions of orange blossom. Finishes dry and flinty with snappy acidity and an elegant aftertaste.
