Each vineyard parcel was slowly fermented in selected yeast strains. The wine then settles clear, and aged on light yeast lees for two months before blending and bottling. This is an elegant Riesling with a citrus bouquet with a hint of floral notes. Ripe fruit flavours and a natural sweetness are balanced with a steely acidity and a hint of spice.
