This party animal is made by 100% whole bunch carbonnique maceration which creates lifted fruity aromatics - fruits of the forest, balsamic strawberries and purple jubes. Initially the nose speaks of the unmistakeable aroma of original Hubba Bubba bubble gum which can only suggest carbonic maceration. And then aromatic blackberry conserve and a gentle spice delight together with ambrosial hints of Parisian patisserie. The silky elegant red and black berry fruits are gently sprinkled with fine spices which in turn are enrobed in a near invisible cloak of complexing fruit tannins. A collaboration between father & son, Charlie and Kevin O’Brien
