This classic Dry Apera was sourced from the long-standing Apera solera systems at Seppeltsfield. The blendconsists of equal parts of DP116 (Aged Flor Apera) and DP117 (Dry Flor Apera). These wines start their maturation as a fortified, neutral, dry white, aged under flor yeast. This imparts a fresh aldehyde aroma; further maturation is oxidative, imparting a nutty complexity. 100% Palomino grapes.
