The heart and soul of the Seppeltsfield fortified range is the Para Tawny Collection. Para is the name of the river that snakes through the Barossa and Para has been synonymous with luxurious fortified wine for over half a century. Para Tawny includes blended styles classified as ‘Grand' and ‘Rare', however, the 21-year-old Para Tawny is better again. It's a single vintage wine, the most select parcels were drawn from the barrel and bottled as a special celebratory release.
