Talò Fiano Salento IGP is made from 100% Fiano, a variety whose origins lie in neighbouring Campania and whose presence in Puglia has been documented since the 13th century. The subtlety of its aromas and its tantalising acidic note make it an agile wine, ideal for pairing with light aperitifs, appetisers and fish dishes.
