Pirie Non Vintage Northern Tasmania is widely recognised for the quality of sparkling wine produced in the true cool climate of 41-42°S. The first Pirie Sparkling (1995 Vintage) did much to establish this reputation. Today the story continues with Pirie Non Vintage, a full-flavoured Cuvee from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, boasting complexity from base wines produced in the unique sparkling terroirs of the region.
