This is a perfect Pinot Noir to be enjoyed on its own and complements a wide range of food. The fruit is picked early, had little work done, and is lightly rested to be bottled fresh; blue skies, sunshine, and fresh air. Flavours of honey, wax, ripe cherries, buxom strawberries, and taut plums can be found on the palate. Serve with a light chill and you'll see how nice Pete can be - friendly and quite moreish, he's a clever chap.
