Parker Estate Shiraz
The 2020 Estate Shiraz consists of a regional blend from the northern part of Coonawarra which is slightly warmer and better suited to rich Shiraz. The majority of the blend is from Tim Kidman's block, with a smaller parcel coming from Rob McLeod at Tirricke Farm. Medium-bodied with a lovely and generous palate. Balanced fruit profile with a good amount of red berries. Classic cool climate shiraz notes of coffee, sarsaparilla and pepper. Delicate and lively with silky tannin and a long, juicy finish.
