An intensely fragrant nose of dark cherry, plum, and blackcurrant with violet florals is complemented by notes of anise spice, cedar, and oak toast. The palate is refined and medium-bodied, fresh and bright, with concentrated a core of dark fruit and silky yet supportive tannins. Flavours of cassis and black plum are complemented with an element of spice complexity and a fine line of acidity driving the finish.
