The grapes used in "grandpa" Faraon are sourced exclusively from vineyards in Balbaina and Miraflores, but only their free-run juice is used. It matures in Solera for over 30 years in the town of Sanlucar. Intensely rich pervading walnut on the nose with dry, intense, rich and deep flavours of roasted nuts and pungent acidity.
