Central Otago is a high-altitude region of climatic extremes, with typically hot summers, short autumns, and bitterly cold winters - challenging conditions for producing world-class cool-climate wines. This Pinot Noir displays seductive aromas of dark plum and cherry fruits subtly entwined with suggestions of toasted spice and cola. The palate is silky and elegant, brimming with wild blackberry fruits draped in a veil of fine velvety tannins.
