A very pale yellow, this Savvy is absolutely chockers with delightful tropical notes – passionfruit, mango and guava. There are spices, orange notes, a pleasing ripeness and a fine minerally backing which will utterly delight fans of the variety. Decent length here and the flavours/wine never loses its intensity. A joy now, but will age well for at least a few years.
