Hand-picked fruit was crushed and fermented in concrete (50%) and the whole bunch was pressed and fermented in large old oak (50%). The result has frangipani aromas, and zesty acid, but also generous fruit with cumquat and yellow nectarine flavours, and a touch of talcum powder. An intense and singular expression of the old vine Chenin Blanc.
