Named after the Roman word Harena, which was the sandy battleground on which gladiators performed. The wine is made from grapes grown in the sandy soils of the famed Blewitt Springs.
Mid crimson purple. Dark and brooding black cherry and subtle earthy complexity. Concentrated plum and liquorice with hints of rose petal, musk, earth and chocolate, supple and velvety tannins, bright acidity and a powerful finish.
