This wine exhibits a luscious and complex palate with chocolate and malt being most apparent but hints of golden syrup also in the background. Although intense and luscious, balanced acidity and clean background spirit help to keep the wine fresh and vibrant. The wine has spent a minimum age of 20 years in various-sized oak casks.
