Semi-translucent dark red colour with subtle tinges of black around the edges and a light red hue. Aromas of red cherry and wild strawberry mix with hints of anise, forest floor, a touch of meatiness, and light spicy cedar notes. Savoury red fruits decorate the palate with dried herbs, forest floor, game, and spicy cedar characters also chiming in for added complexity. Good balance and freshness with supple tannins and a refined yet quite moreish aftertaste.
