There are vibrant strawberry and cherry aromas on the nose enhanced by an earthy intensity. It strikes a balance of sweet and savoury fruit on the palate with a complex length that displays cleansing acidity with soft tannins and a lasting finish. Pair with duck confit on baby lentils.
