Located in Albany Australia, Limeburners uses only locally sourced ingredients in its whiskeys. This includes the hand-collected peat they gather from the 'Valley of the Giants'. Aged in select American oak ex-bourbon barrels, Limeburners Peated Single Malt Whisky has more of a general character than a distinct taste as every barrel is bottled separately giving each its own unique spot in the lineup. Spicy, floral, malty, and smoky are its general nature but you'll just have to buy several bottles from different barrels to discover its full range.
