 Symphony No. 1 is the first blended malt from the House of Lark, representing a composition of exceptional Tasmanian single malt whiskies. Fresh mango, toasted pineapple, orange, vanilla, and tangerines. Luscious and fruity. Peaches, apricot, even more, mango, and sweet Tasmanian apples dipped in toffee. Fresh fruit and citrus. This whisky has length, poise, and balance.

 Classic Cask Single Malt Whisky 43%

 Approachable but complex, our Classic Cask 43% is a whisky made for sharing, celebrating, and enjoying. Golden syrup and vanilla with hints of oranges and grapefruit. Plum pudding, Christmas cake, cinnamon sticks, nutmeg, and a wisp of Tasmanian peat smoke. Sweet vanilla transforms into a heady combination of orange peel, butterscotch, cloves, nutmeg, and grapefruit. Butterscotch and citrus notes with a long, satisfying smoky finish.

 Christmas Cask III Single Malt Whisky 45%

 Each year, our Head Distiller carefully selects Tasmanian red wine casks filled with the jus used by local artisan patisserie Jean Pascal for making their renowned Christmas fruit mince pies. Sweet mandarin and decadent caramel lead to biscuits and figs. Maple syrup drizzled over pancakes topped with cinnamon and nutmeg. Orange peel-infused caramel pudding topped with spices. Dried fruits play off the rich, earthy oak.
