Lark Hill Biodynamic Dark Horse Vineyard Shiraz Viognier
Shiraz grown in red granite soils of the Dark Horse vineyard produces wines of great distinction and flavour. Rose petal aromas, brambly fruit, and a twist of white pepper are enlivened by co-fermentation with 4% Viognier. Maturation in a mix of new and seasoned French oak gives spice and integration without intruding on the perfumed fruit. Whilst eminently enjoyable on release this wine will develop exceptionally with careful cellaring.
