A blend that marries together the distinguishing characteristics of each variety, where Grenache provides the lifted fruit and freshness; Shiraz adds rich fruit intensity and Mataro the tannin structure. Made using our traditional winemaking approach, including open-top fermentation, gentle hand-plunging, and basket pressing to preserve the delicacy and vibrancy has made for a characterful, medium-bodied wine bursting with red berry, spice, and earthy aromas.
