JJ Hahn ‘Western Ridge 1975 Planting’ Shiraz is a bright brick red in colour with deep red lights. The nose contains lifted aromas of vanilla, mocha, dark chocolate and liquorice. The full-bodied palate is rich with flavours of red berry fruits and plums, with hints of chocolate, mocha, liquorice and vanilla. A refreshing acidity and velvety smooth tannins. Good depth with a long finish. It is complex and intense without being overbearing.
