Insolito Anejo is meant to be sipped and savoured. It showcases the skills and expertise of the Herrera brothers who opened their distillery in the Sierra del Tigre mountains. The hot days and cool nights in the region allow for unique fermentation and aging process. This anejo is made with a blend of fine quality agave with 80% from the highlands and 20% from the lowlands. It is rested for 18-24 months in American Oak at the highest altitude distillery in Mexico, allowing for a slow and controlled aging process.
