Young, fresh colour, a fine deep lemon yellow with pale green hints, brilliantly clear with nicely structured tears running down the glass. Quite expressive for a Pinot Blanc, agreeably aromatic and floral, spring flowers, primrose, snowdrop, white peach, almond blossom, fresh moss, green walnut, slightly buttery with nice balance, fresh, crisp and harmonious. Dry and refreshing on the palate, soft, almost fleshy, with good mouth feel and a long finish. Evidently the grapes were fully ripe, which accounts for its clean, fresh finish.
