Hibiki 30-Year-Old Blended Japanese Whisky is one to go down in the collectors' books, and it's easy to see why. This whisky has been awarded the Trophy at the International Spirits Challenge in 2004, 2006 and 2008. As well, the "World's Best Blended Whisky" at the World Whiskies Award in 2007 and 2008!  A beautiful, deep amber in colour. The nose has aromas of raisin, prune, leather, and sweet chestnut. The palate is of dried fig, brown sugar, apricot jam, cedar, and gingerbread. This whisky finishes extremely rich with cinnamon and Mizunara (Japanese oak).
