Grosset Springvale Riesling
'There are two aspects of this wine that make it unique. It's from our Springvale Vineyard which we planted twenty years ago exclusively on red loam-over-limestone. Under this limestone is Mintaro slate, so it's a classic ‘soft rock' site but underpinned by slate. That's unusual. Also, the mix of riesling clones is rare.
