Greenock Creek Seppeltsfield Cabernet Sauvignon
From vines planted in 1991 on Greenock Creek to free-draining sandy brown loam, which allows the roots to penetrate deep. We used 100% French oak, with 20% new oak. The vineyard gives notes of cassis, lemon myrtle, ginger, mocha and milk chocolate, typical of outstanding Barossa Cabernets.
