At Gorghi Tondi, a profound connection with the natural landscape, characterised by the High, Middle, and Low whirlpools (or 'Gorghi') that inspired the winery's name, is evident. This area has been safeguarded as a natural oasis by the WWF since 1998, boasting a rich diversity of avian and aquatic species and an intriguingly unique flora. Catarratto DOC Sicilia organic white wine vinified and aged in stainless steel tanks. Straw yellow with greenish reflections. The nose is intense, with clear notes of citrus and white flowers including elderberry. On the palate is enveloping, fresh, rich and persistent.
