The 2021 growing season was almost perfect with some describing it as a ‘once in a lifetime’ vintage. Producing favourable conditions with mild weather show-ing the potential for above average yields. A comparatively mild and dry Summer with minimal rain. This, coupled with very few hot days, led to a very positive harvest. Cooler-than-usual conditions during vintage resulted in yields across the region ranging from average to high, with some experiencing their best crop in many years. These conditions leading up to and through vintage have resulted in excellent quality.
