The Charton family has been making wine in Mercurey since 1941, it was his father Jean-Pierre who saw the domaine properly established and from whom Vincent inherited parcels in some of Mercurey’s finest premiers crus. Rich, soft, fine aromas of yellow fruit. Full-bodied on the palate, with rich, fleshy fruitiness and good balance. 100% Oak barrels used to age for 10 months. 100% Chardonnay, bottled at the estate.
