Pisco from two families who joined forces in 2013 with the aim of taking Peruvian spirit production to the next level. Produced in small batches utilising a distinct drip-to-drip method that yields up to one litre per hour, this particular incarnation is made with a blend of non-aromatic and aromatic local grape varieties: quebranta, uvina, Italia and torontel. Slightly spicy and textural, with notes of nuts, blueberries and dried fruit. Muy bueno!
