While this wine is predominately enjoyed with fruity desserts such as citrus tarts, poached pears, or peach sorbet, it can also be a delicious aperitif with foie gras, freshly shucked oysters, or scallops with truffle and pear. Not forgetting that it is the perfect wine to indulge in with a platter of cheese and fruit at the conclusion of a meal.
