Shiraz has been Coriole's principal variety and flagship wine since its first bottling in 1970. Coriole Shiraz is 100% estate-grown, and the average vine age is 50 years old. The Estate Shiraz beautifully demonstrates the balance of fruit and savoury elements these vineyards deliver.
