This Chardonnay is made from some stunning old vines grown in the Watervale vineyards. The vines are non-irrigated and produce small crops of beautifully balanced fruit displaying appealing melon and citrus flavours. Extended lees maturation and gentle oak handling complement the primary fruit. Made to enjoy as a fresh style; pair with roast chicken with preserved lemons.
