Critic tasting note: "Molasses-hued, Chambers's oldest, most premium Muscadelle is a multifaceted beauty that unravels slowly, revealing—amid the richness and concentration—a pleasant mustiness, like the smell of a mahogany-furnished library in a stately old home. Mocha, baked fig and burnt brown sugar follow. On the first sip, the intense sweetness and alcohol are prominent, but the concentrated mocha and fig flavours quickly follow them.
