This Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot blend brings together two truly beautiful red grapes in one bottle, resulting in a wine perfect for pairing with full flavoured dishes which pack in plenty of savoury character and depth. We'd love to drink this wine with a nice big plate of ribs, or other flavourful meats, like duck, venison, boar, or similar game. However, it would go just as well with pretty much any beef recipe, and would also work wonders with porcini mushrooms, aubergines, red cabbage, and other umami-rich vegetarian dishes, too.
