Capel Vale's Regional Series of wines come from select grape varieties grown for optimum quality in vineyards situated in the three coolest wine regions of Western Australia.  The Great Southern region of Western Australia, known for its cooler climate produces a medium-bodied yet delicate style of Shiraz. Violets and bramble on the nose and a palate lush with dark berry fruits.
