Ca di Bruno takes pride in vine health and vine management, vine age varies from 35 to 75 years old with each vintage having limits on yields per hectare to maximize the grape quality, the terroir and production areas. Only selected quality fruit, with the use of natural fermentations and minimal addition of sulphur dioxide in the cellar. Aromas of dried herbs, flowers and leaf litter. Medium-bodied, with savoury red fruit balanced by a firm but fine tannin backbone. Lovely depth and balance. 100% Nebbiolo.
