Sue owns a degree in Oenology from the University of Adelaide and has worked with small and big wine companies. With great experience in the industry, she has now focused her energies on producing quality wines. Her love for the community and gratitude towards grape growers are the foundation of Bellwether. This Shiraz from Wrattonbully flaunts a dark colour. On the nose, it reveals lifted and spicy aromas. These are followed by a complex, earthy palate that eventually culminates into an elegant finish. The varietal wine pairs exceptionally with red meat preparations such as braised beef and grilled lamb.
