Barista Chardonnay
The grapes for this lightly wooded Chardonnay came from the Robertson region. The wine was partially fermented and matured in mostly second-fill oak barrels. One-third of the wine was fermented in stainless steel and blended to ensure freshness and retain the zippy citrusy flavour typical of Chardonnay. A splash of citrus and ripe peach aromas. Hints of gooseberries and tangy tangerine with a subtle vanilla oak finish. Enjoy on its own or with smoked chicken salad or with grilled kingklip with parmesan pesto, mashed potato and lemon butter cream. 100% Chardonnay.
