The Wilkinson's were pioneers of the Hunter Valley, planting their first vines in 1866. The Hunter wine region is widely regarded as the birthplace of Australian winemaking and is renowned for its medium-bodied red and classic white wines. This medium-bodied, off-dry wine, is a pale pink colour, with pronounced strawberry and raspberry aromas which continue through to red cherry and raspberry flavours on the palate, with the natural sweetness balanced with high acidity.
